Job Description:
Position Overview
Be a part of the automation team that measures system uptime!
As a part of the automation team working with others on mean time between failures, you will have the opportunity to:
* start/stop daily automated tests
* identify failure signatures and communicating to the development team
* maintain scripts
* participate in daily scrums with integration and test teams
This is a good opportunity to further Computer science, programming, networking skills hands-on in an industrial setting. Also, a chance to collaborate with experienced engineers in analyzing software/hardware/firmware systems.
Responsibilities
Daily tasks are:
* verify the completion of automation runs by checking the logs
* communicate the failures on shared excels and contact development
* support automation lead by providing data for reports
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
· Current BS/MS Computer Science/Engineering students
· Computer and programming knowledge
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Basic computer systems knowledge
