The Siemens Financial Services division 'SFS COF Global Operations'is currently looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Cassiopae implementationsto join the Business Process Optimization to be part of a team driving the transformation of COF global template through projects.
In an international environment, in this role you will
Be part of a global project teamfor the for implementation of the Cassiopae system across different countries
Lead Requirements Engineeringin the areas of elicitation, documentation and consolidation; in order to define the user stories for the product backlog
Lead testing activitiesforthe designand execution of test cases
Perform end user trainings
Support the analysis of processes as part of the preparation for business requirements
We expect you have
Completed your business administration or information technology studies or have a relevantequal education
At leastone yearwork experience as business analyst with processes, products, structures and markets in finance and leasing business
Proven experience in implementing Cassiopae solution with external clients
Full professional proficiency in English, other language are appreciated
Indepth know how in the fields of Requirements Engineering andTest Management
Advanced skills for process design
Basic experience in project and stakeholder management
Experience in Scrum, Agile and Continuous Improvement methodologies
You have global mobility for business travel
You make well-informed, targeted and timely decisions while demonstrating sound and accurate judgment
