Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1. Analysis and optimize production process to improve productivity and quality.分析和优化生产工艺和流程;

2. Optimize production material flow and information flow to impprove the entire value stream.分析车间物料流、信息流以改善整体价值流;

3. Lead or support lean projects in production, e.g. 5S, Standard work, VSM, lean production line, pull)主导或支持车间的精益改善项目(5S、标准作业、VSM、精益产线、拉式生产等);

4. Organize and support continuous improvement activities in production.
组织和支持车间日常持续改善活动(3i、CIP等);

5. Be capable of providing lean training for production related team.
为生产相关的团队提供精益方面的培训.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering, industrial automation or related
本科以上学历，工业工程，工业自动化或相关专业毕业

2. 3+ years related working experience in industrial engineering
3年以上工业工程相关工作经验

3. 1+ year related working experience in lean implementation
1年以上精益项目推行相关工作经验

Others 其它要求：

1. Proficient in lean production, IE methodology, productivity.
熟悉IE改善分析等手法、标准工时、产线设计与平衡、效率提升等精益生产等相关知识。

2. Skillful at lean knowleadge, 6S、TPM、VSM、Kaizen、OEE, ...
熟练运用6S、TPM、VSM、Kaizen、OEE等精益管理方法。

3. Skillful at office software, and data analysis.
熟练使用办公软件，能对数据处理分析。

4. Good capability in English reading and writing, as well as English speaking
在英语读写和口语方面有较强的能力
