Your challenge will be… • Incident resolution within supported applications.

• End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact.

• Functional support in Siemens applications.

• Incident resolution in the applications supported in the team.

• Act as single point of contact with the Service Manager and end-users.

• Documenting all actions and communication in the tickets.

• Knowledge transfer inside the team regarding the applications and support activities.

Does this sound good? Our perfect candidate must have…

• Fluent in German (mandatory).

• Fluent in English (mandatory).

• Experience in Application Support.

• Experience in Help Desk / Service Support.

• Problem solving and research skills.

• Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques.

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Windows systems.

• Professional experience in IT departments support functions, would be desirable.
