The Challenge
Embark on an exciting journey with Siemens Subsea, part of our Energy Management Division, at our location in Ulverston. Siemens Subsea offers a wide portfolio of subsea power, control, sensing and distribution systems, products and services to support electrical power, data, hydraulic, optical, monitoring and surveillance applications primarily focused in the Energy Sector.

You will be working towards your Business Admin NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications.

Be a part of a world class team and rotate around various administrative functions, including:

·  Planning
·  SOP
·  Delivery
·  Procurement
·  Life Cycle Management
Some of your responsibilities and duties will include:

·  Conducting technical and/or administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery.
·  Processing incoming orders, enquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
·  Performing order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
·  Cooperating with clients and sales representatives to clarify orders and issues.

The candidate

We're looking for bright, inquisitive students who wants to make a difference.

Here's what it takes to join some of the world's brightest minds:

·  You have achieved (or are on track to achieve) at least 4 GCSE's in English, Maths, Science and one other subject at grade 4 (C) or above
·  Enthusiasm and motivation
·  Good organisation skills
·  Experience with computers
·  Attention to detail
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Competency in Microsoft Office (word, excel,outlook)
