Job Description
What are my job responsibilities?
· Schedules appointments and meetings and writes respective minutes and protocols.
· Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements (include work permit, visa), and reconciles travel and expense reports.
· Managing delegation process including documentations (inbound and outbound) to meet the project and service requirements, locally and internationally
· Ensuring the completeness of the time sheets of delegates / service engineers are submitted on time to the relevant parties (HR and Controlling Dept.)
· Administrating and maintaining database of delegates / service engineers consisting of leave records, traveling details (no of days in the delegated countries) and proper records for tax purpose.
How do I qualify for the role?
· Candidate who possess Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration
· Candidate who has experience in delegation process will be preferred
· Self initiator and able to complete the task within time frame given
· This is a contract role for 12 months
