Your IT distribution knowledge and sales experience counts when it comes to manage named strategic accounts in Germany. APC by Schneider Electric offers solutions and products for scalable power supply and cooling, racks, power distribution as well as innovative monitoring and management software for comprehensive protection of your IT devices. We offer solutions for edge computing and datacenter as well as for private households.

You will work from home but most of the time you will be on site at distributors offices. Due to local accumulation of distributors in South Germany, the ideal candidate should be based near Munich, however Dusseldorf could be an option.

Your job - diverse

Growing our market share and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by coordination sales out actions on distributor site is your mission.

You implement regional and global sales, project & service strategies with accounts to enlarge the saturation of our customer base for the entire Schneider Electric offer. To ensure that objectives are met you create sales forecasts for the managed distributors.

Your proactive personality helps you to actively drive the sales floor animation on site and to manage customer claims and returns.

You establish customer intimacy with distributors from sales floor up to top management level. Additionally, you deliver training to increase brand visibility and build knowledge on the competitive landscape at the managed customers.

Your profile - matches perfect

You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing or information technology; other educational background is also possible, combined with 2+ years´ of experience within channel sales and proven sales success.

A proven knowledge of IT distribution landscape / IT channel with a good understanding of the customers' business, trends, challenges & compliance is required.

You are fluent in German and have a very good level of English. Additional to your excellent listening & communication skills you are strong in influencing others without authority and building strong business networks.

An autonomously working style with a strong focus on reaching goals is how you work. You are a proactive and open-minded personality with a can-do-mentality and with passion to work in international teams.

Readiness to travel on business within Germany (approx. 50%).
