Training Coordinator

Job description

Responsibilities:

· Design the annual training plan for the DVC(operators) employees

· Coordinate and supervise the training according to the skill matrix methodology

· Responsible for the training of new DVC employees

· Management of the training department's budget

· KPI's management for training

· Training systems and documentation management

· Supervision and management of the training team (5-10 DVC trainers)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Essential Requirements:

· Bachelor degree on Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Pedagogy, etc.

· Experience of 2 years working in Manufacturing Plants managing or working for training processes

· Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to deliver quality work on time

· Demonstrated strong English communication

· Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business

· Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Knowledge on training techniques for DVC employees
