What do you get to do in this position?

- Processes International and Domestic shipments, working to maintain On-Time-Delivery goals

- Processes Miscellaneous and RMA shipments

- Completes the customs and shipping documents

- Post shipment problem resolution, working with freight forwarders, couriers and other transportation service providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Informs affected departments of relevant shipment information, to ensure they fulfill their requirements
- Identifies potential and existing problems, escalates as necessary to resolve these in a timely manner. Specifically:

· Ensure critical orders get the attention they require
· Work with internal stakeholders to achieve buy-in and drive process improvements

- Receive and put away stock on a daily basis

- Assist plant production on an “As Needed” basis

- Uphold and support all Schneider Electric internal processes

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers

· Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills

· Solid understanding of what is involved with the provision of quality internal and external customer service

· Demonstrated commitment to producing work of high quality and quantity

· Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal

· Excellent time management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask

· Strong administrative skills with careful attention to detail

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access

· Keen interest in learning; positive attitude and energetic approach

· Fork-lift experience
· Ability to work over-time on short notice

Ideal candidates will have:

· Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
