Role will be based at Penjuru Distribution Hub (Transport available to and fro at Jurong East MRT)

What you will do:
· Develop, configure and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through to start up and certification
· Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards
· Improves manufacturing efficiency and resource utilization by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout
· Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs
· Develops solutions to highly complex or unusual problems, which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
· Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services
· Source and interface with suppliers for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operation) purchases and cost-effective solutions for manufacturing processes
· Creating and overseeing standardized procedures and maintaining all manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions and operation worksheet
· Evaluate current performance level and drive improvement projects in line with SPS (Schneider Performance System)
· Drive digitalization and smart factory initiatives
· Provide training and guidance to technicians
· Maintain manufacturing parameters in SAP and MES
· Perform risk assessment

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience and skills we are looking for:
·  Bachelor Degree in Engineering
·  Trained in LEAN Manufacturing
·  At least 3 years of experience as a Method/Process Engineer
·  Excellent technical skills in Manufacturing environment
·  Knowledge of process related standards
·  Experience in process simulation
·  Able use Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CAD, analytical software and SAP
