Job description
JOB PURPOSE (JOB SUMMARY):
2-4 years of Application development experience in one or more of the following technologies - C#, ASP.NET, MVC , PHP, Scripting, SQL 2012/2014 , MySQL, Oracle etc. required. Rapid Application Development and Agile Development experience preferred. Familiarity with Outsystems a huge plus. Ability to comprehend business requirements and develop as per defined software development standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Complete all tasks related to technical analysis, building and unit testing, quality assurance, system test and implementation in accordance with the IT development life cycle.
Analyze requirements, design, build and test system components or change requests.
Always conform to documentation, coding and quality standards as defined.
Review, discuss and work within agreed timescales and feedback to project managers any variances arising as tasks are performed.
Understand client business and make recommendations and technology suggestions to solve problems and improve efficiency.
Understand architecture of applications and propose robust design recommendations.
Prepare for and support user acceptance testing.
Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable support of the systems.
Effective Communication with internal and external customers, supervisors and management.
WORKING HOURS:
Align with Pacific Time zone to support the Australia and NZ business hours. Hours may include evenings and/or weekends depending on project Schedule.
