Job Profile:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. Your primary role will be to act as a global proxy manager and first point of contact for HR-related approvals from employees and managers.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, approving expenses, approving leave on behalf of managers, managing the related HR documents and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Organize and maintain personnel records within various HR tools
· Liaise between employee and manager to manage approvals of processes such as annual leave
· Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
· Prepare HR documents if required
· Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance
· Create regular reports
· Escalate any issues/ concerns regarding employee compliance regarding expenses and annual leave
· Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
· Participate in integration HR projects

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
·  Experience with HR software, like Sage and Oracle
·  Computer literacy (MS Office applications in particular)
·  Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
·  Strong phone, email and inter-personal communication skills
