Job description

In the continuously evolving B2B and B2B2C environment of electrical distribution, Schneider Electric is expanding e-commerce activities throughout South East Asia. This growth happens primarily through the e-commerce business of distribution partners, e.g. pro distributors, pro retailers and DIY chains. It is our role as manufacturer to provide trusted strategic guidance, promotional activities and other expertise for our partners who invest in e-commerce growth for our brand. It is the role of the E-Commerce Key Account Manager (eKAM) to build joint plans with the distribution partners on both strategic and tactical level, to increase our online market share and brand presence.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Drive customer specific e-commerce initiatives to grow online market share and brand presence (focus on platform sell-out)
· Define and support execution of the annual e-marketing & e-sales calendar in synchronization with offline distribution owners
· Ensure commercial policy updates and roll-out to incentivize e-commerce activities on customer side
· Build a long-term relationship with e-commerce partners and their operational teams
· Enable e-commerce partners to promote the Schneider brand on their platforms, with all available e-marketing tools.
· Analyse and understand the online shopper journeys of the different buyers and use those insights to adapt the local strategies
· Build a toolbox of relevant e-marketing instruments based on local insights (SEA, SEO, Affiliation, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Marketing Automation, Google analytics, etc…)
· Optimize the integration of Partner Relationship Management in all e-business related activities
· Establish a structural way of working for reporting, analytics and execution of plans
· Be the country e-commerce role-model and ambassador and share best in class operations with other country teams.
The role will support all key mature Retail countries (MY, TH, ID, VN) + developing Retail countries upon Zone and Retail Division decision

Internal Network:
The eKAM will be in frequent contact with:
· Global E-commerce Team; receive playbooks, guidelines and regional strategies
· Global Retail Strategy and Commercial Team; receive global strategy and provide input to local strategies
· Country Retail Business Development team; get fundamentals and strategic inputs and give feedback about market evolutions
· Line of Business teams; provide input for offer content and tools support
· Retail Channel Experts; collaborate for building a unique online customer experience
· Digital Customer Experience team; leverage DCX tools and processes to ensure support for your customer activities
· Regional Country Executives It is critical that the eKAM develops and nurtures a high-quality relationship with other relevant businesses and functional heads within the East Asia zone.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience & Skills:
·  Business, Technology or Engineering Degree
·  Ability to build e-commerce
·  Minimum 2-4 years of e-commerce management and/or online business development and/or digital marketing management experience
·  Can conduct and understand Insight generation of online B2B2C shopper behaviour, customer centric digital marketing campaigns and content improvements on sales platforms
·  Experience in developing comprehensive e-marketing and customer joint action plans
·  Understands the difference between B2B and B2C value chains; customers, specifiers and influencers.
·  Good general understanding of e-marketing tools and instruments (SEA, SEO, Affiliation, Syndication, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics…)
·  Knowledge of e-marketing Automation
·  Comfortable to manage, report and drive the e-marketing and e-commerce KPIs
·  Having a solid understanding of digital analytics, to drive ROI improvements on digital marketing activities
·  Basic knowledge of digital Partner Relationship Management (CRM)
·  Good technological understanding of e-commerce platforms is highly appreciated
·  Experienced in leading service providers or agencies
