What do you get to do in this position?

This Change Management Trainer will play an instrumental role in the roll out of new technology and applications to SE North America. As we implement new tools for the organization, this person will lead the change management in terms of both communication and training, leveraging technology to provide a seamless customer experience. This position will have interactions with both internal and external stakeholders and have overall responsibility for creating, documenting and delivering both in-person and virtual training and educational sessions. From time to time they will be called upon to help troubleshoot and make appropriate edits to the content and platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist and manage the product features, roadmap
· Proposing, negotiating, organizing and prioritizing the product features (product backlog) by engaging directly with the internal / external customers / stake holders
· Adjust features and priorities according to agile development process
· Ensure a consistent user experience across the customer journey
· Deliver the training sessions and products on time, on budget and with the utmost excellence
· Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources and budget.
· Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the project team's scope of responsibility
· Continually identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies & issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure
· Create consensus with other functions as to the timing of solution introductions and withdrawals
· Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards and minimize technical debt
· Report process and system inefficiencies to management to drive continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications :

Education:

· 
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or University

· 
Degree in the field of Communications, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or Information Technology is preferred, but more weight is placed on your experience and skills

This job might be for you if:

· 
You possess training experience, along with developing and executing strategic plans and/or project portfolios, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 
You have facilitated the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects based on organizational objectives.

· 
You demonstrate the ability of creating technology solutions to solve business problems (globally, or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company).

· 
You are have worked with Design Thinking and/or Agile methodologies.

Skills:

· 
Training experience (training-specific certifications and course-work are a plus)

· 
Business Process knowledge – specifically, electrical sales and/or manufacturing experience (industry-specific certifications and course-work are a plus)

· 
Strong technology skills (MS Word and PowerPoint required; WalkMe code building, along with video editing and design software a plus)

· 
Strong organizational skills

· 
Willingness to learn new systems / applications in a compressed time-period

· 
Desire to improve the experience of all users by conducting gap analysis to identify and fill gaps in training, while providing both hypercare and on-going training support to new users

· 
Comfortable with persuasively speaking in front of others, establishing schedules, managing classes (face-to-face and virtually), and working on deliverable-oriented projects

· 
Comfortable conducting presentations, technical writing, and curriculum development in English (ability to author technical documents in French Canadian and /or Spanish a plus)

· 
Comfortable working in a self-directed team, ensuring you hold yourself to high internal standards of quality and consistency, while possessing self-discipline to meet tight deadlines within ever-changing applications

· 
Ability to think strategically, aligning customer-focused communications and training with business objectives and ensuring customers fully empowered to navigate changes
