We currently have vacancy for a BSC Process and Change Analyst based at our office in Milton Keynes.

Your Mission:
To enable us to improve service delivery and manage Industry, System and Process Change, there is a need for a Process and Change Manager to focus on effectively assessing, understanding, specifying, testing and implementing all changes which impact on BSC Central Services.

The role will work alongside the BSC Central Services Supervisor, and externally CGI and Elexon,to understand how the processes and systems are operated to deliver the service with a view to successfully implementing changes to maintain and improve service delivery to the industry

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and support the delivery of a Continuous Service Improvement plan for BSC Central Services
Manage the program of Change that is driven by CGI and Elexon ensuring we protect and enhance our Service Delivery and Commercial Relationship
Assist with the prioritisation of business change
Develop and support new processes where required to embed new services into delivery.
Identification of delivery issues and risks
Involvement in the planning, specification, development, documentation, testing and deployment of new services and system enhancements, ensuring that supporting documentation is created in line with the contractual agreement

About You:
Knowledge of BSCPs and the Industry
Good level of written and spoken English
Process Mapping experience
Good data analysis and Change Management skills
High level of expertise with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
Able to read technical documentation and provide support to the client in assessing Change and it will impact on the Service
