Based in Sydney we have an excellent opportunity for motivated technical superstar to join our Technical Support team as an Advanced Technical Support Engineer.

This critical position is customer facing and will see you responding to inquiries coming in via telephone, email, and online. Customers will include; end-users, system integrators, panel builders, distributors, consultants and contractors.The extensive portfolio of products you will support encompasses; Low Voltage Power Distribution, Control and Power Monitoring Products.

Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

· Technical troubleshooting, investigation, analysis, and diagnosis of complex issues and carrying out remote configuration
· Issue replication and research into recommended solutions
· Documentation of activities and findings in a case tracking tool
· Knowledge transfer via technical documentation such as FAQ articles, video FAQ, white papers, application notes and training
· Interaction with colleagues in other support centres and departments including; Quality, Engineering, Offer Management, Sales and Field Services

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with power distribution and/or electrical systems knowledge in troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem solving.
· A good understanding of electrical networking (primary to final distribution) as well as LV circuit breakers cascading, coordination and discrimination principles.
· Understanding of Australian Electrical Standards and Regulations complemented by solid experience working with Electrical Schematics, experience and knowledge of network & communication (Modbus, TCP, Ethernet IP)
· Proficiency in English language (written and spoken) is essential
· Medium Voltage experience would be desirable
