Position Description

The Change Coordination Analyst will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact the organization. This individual will need to become familiar with the Schneider Offer Creation Process, specifically the Product Evolution Process. The Change Coordination Analyst will be responsible for change implementation through the systems and to track change tasks through departments. Additionally the Change Coordination Analyst will assume print room responsibilities, which will be about 20% of the role.

Roles and responsibilities

· Implement and own Engineering Change Orders

· Review product changes for clarity and all required information

· Lead weekly (and impromptu, if necessary) cross-functional pre-release reviews to identify functional tasks that must be completed for proper implementation of the change

· Manage product change implementation checklists and assign/coordinate functional implementation tasks and track the tasks to completion

· Create and distribute reports on product change status and related tasks

· Communicate the completion of task effectively to necessary groups

· Escalate barriers and use Short Interval Management (SIM) process

· Maintain printroom – supplied with paper, toner etc.

· Ad hoc printing as requested by manufacturing
