Poste et missions:
1/ Ensure Community Development, Animation and Support: the Community Manager will manage, animate and support the SuperChampions’ network
- Provide regular communication to entities through webinars and collaboration tools eg Yammer, calls, emailings, BOX
- Stay close to the Capability Owner in order to understand the points that needs to be cascaded down to the countries
- Provide Level 3 support to the community: Tickets follow up. SPOC between I2P Community and Solution team.
- Boost interaction within countries/entities Super Champions to share best practices and promote the team work
2/ Boost adoption of deployed CS&Q Solutions and lead Run Improvement Projects
3/ Release Management involvement: Lead the change management activities.
- Delta Training material creation
- Communication around releases
- User super and ticket follow up during the hypercare period
4/ Global Training management: Ensure New functionalities from releases and projects are integrated inside Global Training Decks, answer any training needs within the community (refresh sessions, videos, best practices...)
Profil:
Education : master degree in communication &/or quality
Work exeprience need : 1 year
Personnal abilities or skills :
Good communication and digital skills, extravert personality.
English – Fluent
