Main missions
UPSTREAM FLOW OPTIMIZATION AT PLANT LEVEL:
1/ Optimize the Upstream Supply Chain: Prepare and communicate the supplier forecast. Evaluate its deviation and provide solutions. Participate to the monthly production planning to ensure the link with the critical component. Be the Key user SAP (MM)
2/ Optimize the inventory level: Manage the plant inventory: be in charge of level of inventory. Follow the NIN, GIN, DIN and Unheathly stock…
3/ Manage project on upstream aspect: Participate actively to industrial and logistic project (SPS, implement new flow with subcontractors, insure industrial transfer security).
4/ Suppliers management (internal & external): Conduct Supply Chain audits and Value Stream Mapping with suppliers and follow action plans.
5/ Monitor Supplier’s Chain of Performance (OTD, Lead-time, Lot size) and ensure the reliability of the measure.
Exigences
Education: Master degree
Technical Field: 3 year's experience in the logistics field is essential
Work experience needed: Specific training in logistics, industrial engineer, graduate in commercial sciences, or equivalent via experience
Requested languages: Fluent English and French
Personal abilities or skills:
Aptitude for communication and good interpersonal skills
Flair for problem analysis
- In-depth knowledge of MRP software in discreet-type production
- SAP: Command of item configuration and supply / storage process logistics in SAP
(or other similar information system)
- Good knowledge of IT Tools
