PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

The Web Content Coordination Team based in Walldorf assists SAP’s internal stakeholders in carrying out their goals and objectives of their web initiatives successfully. The Web Content Coordination team is the central point of contact for content management and content publication. It aims at a better and efficient communication to SAP partners and employees.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

We expect you to work hand in hand with our communication and marketing professionals. As part of our Partner Communications team, you will have the opportunity to gain broad insight into the enterprise software market, liaise with PR/Marketing departments at diverse partner companies, and also gain hands-on experience with social media. The role involves editing and maintaining approval workflows of partners’ communication collaterals as well as publishing in and contributing to our online newsroom. You will be trained on our new external portal and will get the opportunity to learn one of the most modern web communication systems.

 

Your tasks will comprise the following:

 

·  Editorial and technical support for German and English SME newsrooms: content creation, content management and publishing;
·  Editing, reviewing and proofreading of articles and press releases;
·  Project and event support.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

·  Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences - Preferred field(s) of study: BWL, Marketing, Communications, English
·  Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
·  Language skills: fluent in English and German
·  Soft skills: Team skills
·  Others: We expect open minded colleagues. Experience in multi-cultural environment is a plus.
