PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
At the interface between SAP standard software and the requirements from practice, SAP Custom Development develops innovative customer-specific solutions in cooperation with customers and the respective sales and consulting units. The focus is on extensions to existing core applications of the SAP product portfolio as well as individual solutions based on the Business Process Platform. From customer requirements technical implementation concepts are designed and project-based implemented by a highly motivated, international Working student project backoffice (f / m) SAP Custom Development Team. For our diverse tasks, we are looking for student support.

Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a working student you will assist the project manager or program manager in collaboration with the quality manager, controlling or purchasing department in major development projects. Your tasks can be: Support in the project set up phase.

·  Project-specific preparations, evaluations and administration of reports
·  Support with costs planning and control as well as costs reporting.
·  Support in hiring and administration of external employees
·  Support in ensuring SOX compliance, implementation of quality and auditing requirements for project documentation
·  Support in project reporting
·  Support in project completion phase
·  Independent takeover of tasks after consultation with the project manager

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·  Current student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences
·  Preferred fields of study: business management, business informatics or similar.
·  Computer skills: good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
·  Good to very good English skills (spoken and written)
·  Soft skills: independent work and high motivation; teamwork and good communication skills, willingness to learn
