PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The intern will support the Board Area HR Business Partners for the Products & Innovation and Global Customer Operations Board Areas. The Board Area HRBPs provide consultancy and support in all people-related matters to the P&I and GCO board members and their direct reports. The teams are responsible for crafting and executing the people agenda for the board areas in close cooperation with other departments in HR and the business units. The intern will specifically focus on the support of those leaders who are leading e2e units, which work across both board areas. Additionally the intern will support the project aiming at setting up governance for e2e units as well as streamlined HR processes for those units.

 

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS

·  Become an expert in process, functionality, & analytics within our HCM & reporting tools.
·  Provide day to day support to HRBPs. This may include creation of reports, analysis of HR system data or auditing organizational hierarchies.
·  Support the HRBPs with their People & Organizational Strategy- including projects, analytics, & bringing in creative ideas.
·  Learn all HR annual processes and consult HRBPs & leaders.
·  Support the e2e project in tasks of project management, such as communication, documentation, preparing status reports etc. as well as by actively contributing ideas and insights on how to address organizational and process design questions as well as change management.

 

We are looking for candidates who can support our HRBP & HR Project Management Team, preferrably for a duration of 6 months with the start date in July 2017.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

·  Requires candidates to be currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences. Prefer Bachelors, Masters or PHD in Management, Business Administration, Process management or Psychology.
·  Profound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
·  Fluent in German and English
·  Previous internship experience helpful.
