PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

SAP Exchange Media is a startup within SAP dedicated to exploit the opportunities of digital advertising powered by SAP HANA. Given the nature to drive decisions in a very agile way, the SAP XM unit includes sales, marketing, product management, development and operations in one intrapreneurial unit. SAP XM is leveraging the assets from SAP such as a broad installed base, leading technologies and shared services.

Leveraging real data to identify the perfect moment to deliver the right message to a consumer is at the core of our partnership with SAP customers, advertisers and publishers. Combining state of the art mobile-, cloud-, analytics- and in-memory technology while leveraging current platform provider technology in the marketplace is our approach to develop and run the next generation digital advertising platform. The newly formed organizational unit to achieve this mission consists of best-in-class experts in product management, software-engineering, marketing, ux/ui, visual design, operations and sales.

Desired profile

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

　

·  Work as part of the product management team defining the next generation real-time marketplace for digital advertising, SAP XM;
·  Support the project office for the SAP XM product management;
·  Support agile product requirements engineering and management;
·  Work as part of a highly dynamic, young and inspiring team,
·  Bring a “can do attitude” as we see ourselves as an intra-company start-up;
·  Prepare SAP XM roll-out material and documentation;
·  Conduct market analysis independently;
·  Support product requirements management & governance;
·  Support producing expert video sessions;
·  Support business process engineering activities.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

·  Student (f/m) - preferred field(s) of study: Business information systems, business administration, informatics
·  Computer skills: MS Office is a must, experience with Java, Java Script, HTML5 or other programming languages preferred, experiences with JIRA is a plus
·  Language skills: fluent in English and German
·  Soft skills:
·  Very good communication skills,
·  Very good presentation skills,
·  Highly independent, structured and analytical working approach
·  High affinity for online technologies and services
