Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Supply Chain Project and Activity Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Key responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

·  Delivering key supply chain projects in collaboration with Business Partner such as inventory reduction, identification of obsolescence
·  Regional projects involving close collaboration with Malaysia and Singapore

2. Distribution cost management Thailand:

·  From current distribution cost structure, assessing if invoicing is correct at external (distributor, custom broker etc.) and internal level (X charge and cost allocation to business unit)
·  Cost saving by increasing the control in a systematic way (tracking tool for invoice Vs activity)
·  Extending best practice to Malaysia model

3. Supply Chain Performance :

·  Supporting the roll out of new global supply chain KPI (Key Performance Indicator) like OTIF (On Time in Full)

4. Demand Management:

·  Supporting the team for market demand management (forecasting of sales, supply alignment, running the S&OP - Sales and operations planning - process); taking the lead on a part of the portfolio

Candidate's profile:

Background:

·  Master's degree is a must, with background in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields
·  Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in Supply Chain would be a plus
·  Fluency in MS Office, knowledge of SC models
·  English Fluent, French as a plus

Skills and Attitude:

·  Proactive and committed team player, focused on development and best practice methods
·  Knowing how to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines
·  Communication skills that would be effective at international level, business English is a must
·  Open minded, with curious attitude
·  Interested in discovering new culture and languages
