Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Regional Controller - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job Description:

In direct contact with the Finance Latin America Regional Team, Country Controlling departments and Corporate Controlling in Paris HQ (Headquarters), the VIE will:

·  Participate in budget, trend and forecast processes
·  Perform the consolidation and reporting of the various Sanofi businesses in Latin America
·  Analyze performance (Sales, P&L (Profit &Loss), Headcount) of Latin America countries on a monthly basis
·  Realize ad-hoc analysis for the different franchises
·  Support the countries during monthly reporting and forecasting
·  Prepare the regional financial decks to present the performance of the region
·  Drive process improvements in the context of system environment and reporting requirements

Candidate's profile:

·  Education: MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related fields
·  Experience: at least 1 year of relevant working experience
·  Soft skills: ability to adapt, confidence, excellent communication skills, attention to details, patience; good organisation skills
·  IT tools: MS Office; VBA (Visual Basic for Applications); Oracle Hyperion Financial Planning (HFM) would be a strong advantage; SAP would be a plus
·  Languages: fluent English; Spanish would be an asset
