Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Lean Project Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job purpose:

Support various SBS (Sanofi Business Services) projects to improve productivity and customer experience. Partner with other teams, be responsible for specific project deliverables and contribute towards the planning and management over project activities to ensure success. The VIE will be part of the SBS NA (Sanofi Business Services - North America) Project Management Organization (PMO).

Key responsibilities:

·  Working collaboratively with subject matter experts across the organization in order to identify opportunities to improve the delivery of customer value across the end-to-end services within SBS-NA
·  Enabling data-based decision making and portfolio management through the entry and maintenance of project portfolio value data in the respective tools as well as developing business cases to support projects
·  Performing data analysis and reporting on key project portfolio data to drive key customer service, efficiency and value creation initiatives
·  Documenting the flow of value across the end-to-end services within SBS-NA to gain deep insights into unmet customer needs and efficiency opportunities
·  Researching into emerging technologies and innovative ideas such as robotics process automation and cognitive computing for application within SBS-NA end-to-end processes
·  Managing projects or providing project management, change management or process value stream (LEAN) support to project teams
·  Participating in and providing NA perspective in certain Core Model initiatives

Candidate's profile:

·  Education: Master's Degree in a related field
·  Experience: at least 1 year of previous experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions; experience in data analytics
·  Soft skills: strong oral & written presentation skills to deliver effective, confident and results-oriented communications and presentations; strong project management and/or change management skills; able to influence broadly across a matrix organization to gain alignment; capable of translating complex problems and large amounts of data into meaningful insights and opportunities
·  IT tools: MS Office (advanced Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills); basic familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Project Management, etc.)
·  Languages: proficiency in English; French would be an advantage
