Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Junior Finance Project Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Your responsibilities will include:

Deploying & Testing TM1:

·  Participating and contributing to the implementation of TM1 Core Model in order to align forecast processes worldwide within the company
·  Elaborating testing strategies to ensure the tool is ready to be used for the next forecast cycles: providing testing scripts, perform ad hoc tests…
·  Documentation of the project phase: from kick-off to go live, documentation is key to a successful project: project planning, meeting minutes, designing document, user guides

Project management reporting:

·  Ensuring project information, including project status reports & milestones plans are effectively maintained and communicated to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis
·  Participating to the BOOST governance by organizing regular steering committees as well as raising any risks, actions, issues and dependencies within the project lifecycle to the appropriate management level

Supporting the controlling community:

·  Ensuring forecast cycles follow up in collaboration with Group Controlling & Business Performance and IS (Information Services) departments: providing guidelines and functional support about tool usage
·  Providing regular trainings to new users and/or before new forecast cycle

Enabling the Center of Excellence:

·  Contributing to enabling of the TM1 Center of Excellence and participating to the running activities :
·  Master data maintenance
·  Financial reports creation/improvement
·  Data accuracy checks

Requirements:

Education:

·  Graduated master degree in Business school or University with a Major in Finance or Information Systems
·  Introduction to Project Management principles would be a plus

Professional experience:

·  Good working knowledge of TM1, SAP/BW, Hyperion, QlikView would also be very advantageous
·  Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
·  Experience in Controlling and/or Finance IT projects would be a plus

Major skills and competencies:

·  Good written and verbal English
·  French is a plus
·  Team player
·  Ability to manage and support project team administration activities (status reports/risk, issue & change logs/ project documentation)
·  Accuracy and attention to detail
·  Ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
·  Good organizational skills with a can-do attitude
·  Tenacity and energy in following up outstanding tasks with project team
·  Interpersonal Skills – ability to network and communicate with various functions
·  Understanding of Project management principles
