Job description

Job Requirements:

·  Contribute towards the definition and scope of Enterprise Architecture at Sanofi as the Enterprise Architecture practice evolves
·  Lead the Enterprise Architecture definition in the Industrial, Supply Chain & Finance segments.
·  This includes Enterprise Architecture leadership of the related application portfolio and recommendation of changes based on business drivers via collaboration with Business Partners
·  Architecture Governance leadership based on Guiding Principles and Reference Architecture
·  Lead the development of domain models, architecture blueprints and roadmaps to enable key areas of business growth
·  Communication and collaboration of key architecture related topics
·  Contribute towards Technology Standards and Application Portfolio Management processes
·  Communicate and collaborate with other Architecture teams, and broadly across the ITS organization
·  Mentor and coach team members as also other IT Practitioners

Required Qualifications

·  A Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline (Science. Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) (required)
·  Minimum 12 years IT experience (required)
·  Experience (8 years +) as a Solution Architect and/or Enterprise Architect in two or more architecture domains: Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Integration Architecture etc. (required)
·  At least 4 year experience as a Practicing Enterprise Architect in a Fortune 500 firm (required)

Preferred Qualifications

·  Working knowledge on SAP (preferred)
·  Prior experience (2 years +) working with Industrial, Supply Chain & Finance teams in the capacity of an Architect (preferred)
·  At least 2 year experience as an Enterprise Architect in a global position (preferred)
·  Prior experience in Project Management (preferred)
·  Advanced degree - MS/MBA (preferred)
·  Prior experience in Management Consulting (preferred)
·  Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman) (preferred)
·  Comfortable in an environment of ambiguity (required)
·  Ability to influence without authority (required)
·  Working knowledge of technologies such as IoT, Big Data, Mobile, Cloud etc. (required)
·  Prior experience in Pharma/Life Science industry (required)
