Job description

1) Overall

·  Own and lead execution of trade and shopper marketing plan in line with the category and company business plan & strategy
·  Be an active ambassador of trade & shopper and work effectively with both internal & external stakeholders

2) Trade Planning & Implementation

·  Responsible for driving and owning the Master Cycle Plan;
·  Sales – ensure execution with excellence
·  Marketing – ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and align with trade expectations
·  To be part of the team to own and drive the implementation of Account Standards for key channels aiming at delivering excellent execution covering elements such as MSL, Display, Detailing
·  Responsible for planning of actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behaviors within the category/channel, also responsible to drive implementation/execution and continuously review the effectiveness
·  Lead the presentation of monthly cycle bulletin and channel updates to sales team, working closely with sales team, by ensuring priorities are well communicated and executed
·  Responsible for generating compelling retailer selling deck (for any marketing campaign/NPD/EPD) to develop winning strategies for our brands vs. competitions
·  Responsible for preparing and implementing any NPD/EPD trade plan and follow through the whole process
·  Responsible for all internal & external processes related to regulation approval (ZINC/MAB), budgeting & costing (PR & PO), and POSM budget management
·  Responsible for pre and post ROI calculation of trade activity and capturing learnings of what works/doesn't work to improvise future activity

3) Reporting & Analysis

·  Responsible for updating the CHC Monthly Dashboard on a monthly basis
·  Identify and understand any operational gaps, provide key findings and proposed solutions to business issues for further alignment with management team
·  To be the key contact person of Trax to facilitate and drive implementations.

Country: Trade Marketing Head /Sales/ Marketing/ Controlling/ Supply Chain/ Accounting/ Procurement/ Information systems/ Medical/ Legal/ Regulatory/ Customer Service/ Communications

External: Customers (Key Accounts & Distributors)/ Merchandising Agency/ Advertising & Research Agencies / Medical Advertising Board (MAB)

C) Ideal Experience

·  Prior working experience in Trade Marketing / Marketing / Sales in FMCG/OTC Healthcare industry
·  Dynamic, results-oriented & self-driven individual with \'hands on\' style
·  A team player
·  Able to work independently with minimum supervision
·  Having sense of urgency & business-oriented
·  Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

D) Required qualifications

·  Tertiary qualifications are essential, preferably in Business with Marketing major; alternatively a science / pharmacy degree or equivalent.
