Adpromo Regulatory Reviewer

We are currently welcoming applications for the role of Adpromo Regulatory Reviewer. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotional materials issued at corporate level to ensure materials comply with international codes and regulations as well as with company standards and labels.

You will join a team based both in Paris and Naarden and will be dedicated to supporting one of the Global Business Units of Sanofi. This position is based at our office in Naarden but will move to Amsterdam at the end of 2018.

About Sanofi Business Unit

The Promotional and non-promotional material review unit launched a global cross functional initiative this year to work on a transformative review process to adapt to the changing environment in relation to digital and multi-channel engagement. If you are interested you can be directly involved in the project.

Key responsibilities

·  Act as a regulatory reviewer to review and approve promotional / non-promotional materials issued at corporate level to ensure materials comply with international codes and regulations, company standards and label;
·  Define the minimal quality standard and processes to be applied worldwide. Sets up guidelines / Quality documents on topics related to scientific information and marketing practices and ensures appropriate communication to the relevant stakeholders;
·  Act as an advisor for the team regarding the review of promotional activities on global level and/or for the local affiliates;
·  Active participation in the management of complaints from or against competitors (analysis, participation to answers, sharing information…), at both global and local levels;
·  Reviews the regulatory aspects (as indicated in the Sanofi Global internet rules) of internet websites and social media (global) as part of the Internet Validation Committee;
·  Work closely with the assigned global business units (commercial and medical) in the development of promotional / non-promotional materials, their review and prior approval. This also includes the review of internal and external documents issued by communication when related to products/diseases.

About You

To excel in this role you will need to have:

·  Relevant scientific background and interest in a Life Sciences subject;
·  Experience in the review of promotional and non-promotional material at affiliate, regional or global level;
·  Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus;
·  Strong communication skills and the ability to be a strong business partner to the business (I.e. Marketing);
·  A background in Health Care Compliance or good knowledge of codes of practice like e.g. EFPIA, CGR, ABPI etc is an advantage.
·  Pro-active
