iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Supply Chain and Cardiovascular Product Assistant
- VIE Contract (W/M)
The Mission will be articulated into two main streams: support of GEM  EU SC (General Medicines and Emerging Markets European Union Supply Chain) plants operations & support SOTAGLIFLOZINE Launching program.
On Plants SC (Supply Chain) operations, we refer to follow up on the Supply Chain topics affecting 6 Plants (3 in France, 1 in Spain, 1 in Scoppito and 1 in Japan).
The primary responsibilities will include:
- Following up on execution of Supply chain Key processes and basics (following up on Customer service back and forwarding indicators, reviewing on Stock Policy parameters on FG (Finish Goods) and Materials, checking the right respect of procedures, following up to issue the monthly reports, supporting on issuing of MPS (Master Production Schedule) monthly outcomes)
- Providing support to Plants on issues which are escalated at upper level API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) allocation, distribution flows, arbitration in case of crisis and shortages
- Leading on the elaboration and revision of Monthly and Weekly reports
- Participating to Team meetings
- Ensuring KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) are filled and updated (Score card, inventory Glide path, R&O (Risks and Opportunities) matrix…)
- Training SC team on reporting process (QV (Quality Value), filtering rules to report…) and creating or updating training material
- Following up on Project (Serialization, Veronese, Patient card…)
- Participating onto Budget tasks
On SOTAGLIFLOZINE launch, the candidate will be required to:
- Keep updated the DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) solution, actually develop on EXCEL tool and migrate it into Company standard tools as soon as available
- Support on SC (Supply Chain) CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing and Control) weekly and monthly meeting documents preparation and actions follow up, help to consolidate and review data as soon as, during the launch phases, the assumptions change
- Finalize and update the VSM (Value Stream Mapping) to have a vision on potential bottleneck and optimise the flow
- Participate in team meetings, presenting the Supply Chain department, with proactive and effective mind-set
- Develop, consolidate and roll up the Product S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and support the S&OP meetings organization, with a special focus on consolidation of Supply elements from all the nodes of the chain to compare with demand evolution
- Work by anticipation, support in identifying Capacity constraints and Obsolescence Risk
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Master in Supply Chain, Engineering or any other related field
- Experience: 1
- 2 years of related working experience would be a plus
- IT tools: advanced knowledge of Excel, QLIkview would be a plus
- Language: fluent English, Spanish would be a plus
