Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Scientist in Chemical Biology
- VIE Contract (W/M)
You will work in an international team providing biochemical probes to answer research project challenges. The group is connected with all departments within R&D from very early projects until post-marketing activities. In that position a broad overview over the whole drug discovering and development process is given.

Job Details:
- Developing new chemical tools for e.g. assay development
- Working on chemical research programs to increase operational excellence and technology
- Driving scientific topics and technology within IDD – (integrated drug discovery) like "late stage functionalization"
- Taking part in some small MedChem programs
- Taking part in library production
Candidate:
- Master of Chemistry/Biochemistry
- Interest to work in interdisciplinary teams on complicated scientific challenges
- Highly motivated, proactive and curious
- Good English speaking skills, German is a plus
- Experience: not obligatory
- Very good practical skills
