Mission:
The candidate will have the opportunity the get insight into the R&D management activities at the German Hub. This will include the parts of the financial planning and the involvement in planning and execution several initiatives maintained at the German Hub (e.g. Science & Poster Day). He/She will also get the opportunity to familiarize with the administrative activities of a R&D site and will learn about the processes and workflows needed to run a fully integrated research site.
Hub PMO Support: Responsibility to plan and execute initiative at the German R&D Hub, with general direction from the Hub Management Officer or the Transversal Project Coordinator. In his/her role within the site administration
he/she will execute/optimize processes and workflows under the supervision of the Business Process Coordinators.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: In cooperation with the HMO and TPC he/she will provide quality and timely
statistical analysis of Hub relevant parameter together with functions like HR (e.g. HC analysis); Design Tables,
Listings & Graphs to support management presentations and decision making; Analyze processes and workflows and
develop proposals together with the supervisors to improve operational excellence within R&D.
Profile:
Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Master of Arts in Business (M.A.)
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to analyze complex processes and develop plans for optimization
Understanding of program/project management.
Ability to make use of tools to support analysis and presentation of results to a broader audience (Excel, PP etc.)
Ability to work and interact in team environment with emphasis on internal team management;
Proven ability to network with other functions
FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
BASIC GERMAN IS APLUS
