Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Project Manager (Supply Chain)
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Job Details:
- To assure and improve the intern communication between the local Japan team and the corporate global team in France, participate to the teleconferences and translate document, emails or reports between English/French/Japanese
- To put in place external & internal networks and tools to proactively follow the Customer status regarding Supply of products (including regulatory status).
- To maintain Customers & Products mapping
- To plan and participate with sales and regulatory representatives to customer visits
- In case of switch from one source of Supply to another, to manage the bridging stocks to assure an efficient customer supply during the switch
- To assure a proactive follow-up of the customer demands (forecasts and orders, including sampling management) and contribute to definition of Replenishment plans
- To continuously lead risk assessment and make local inventory adjustments and contribute to Inventory Policy definition and follow up
- Contribute to the preparation of Go live for Global IT programs impacting the zone activity (Shift – finance/back office with regard to Customer Service ; Sccore – Supply Chain with regards to Supply plans)
- Contribute to Supply Chain/Customer service KPIs
- To maintain a monthly dashboard of the VIE activities
- To organize a call with French Management and Japan teams to coordinate activities.
Candidate:
Education
- Ideally educational focus on pharmaceutical, chemistry or business studies
- International exposure is a plus
Experience
- Professional work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Fair command of Japanese knowledge (written & verbal) is a must
- Professional skills / attitude and behaviour
- Eager to learn
- Likes to work in teams
- Effective in communication and building business relations
- Respectful for cultural differencies,
- Excellent MS Office skills (xls, ppt, doc)
- Professional attitude
Language needs
- English fluent
- Japanese level
- ideally B2 or higher
- French-speaking candidates preferably
