Mission:
Transformation of the GenMed Business Unit in Germany from a Generics + Establish products + Consumer Healthcare business unit towards an pure Established Products business unit requires an in-depth strategic analysis and strategy development process to define the key strategic pillars and tactics to
ensure future profitable growth of the GenMed Business Unit in Germany.
This requires a very broad analysis including all business related aspects, business drivers and levers to formulate a
sustainable and successful local strategy & tactics, business case and roadmap, based on global and regional guidance.
- Analysis of German GenMed market, Established Products opportunities and related businesses
- Development of multiple future strategy scenarios
- Build a business plan with tangible tactics based upon the agreed strategic scenario
- Prepare and facilitate business reviews
- Cooperate transversaly on local, regional and global level
PROFILE
Master in business administration as minimum, preferably Master in BA, or scientifc studies with an
additional MBA
Experience: Preferably consulting experience/background, experience in strategy development and business case
building,
In-depth knowledge in working with Powerpoint, Excel, etc. to create compelling presentations
Professional skills / attitude and behaviour requested:
Strong analytical skills with very solid marketing and strategy knowledge
Good business acumen
High flexibility due to broad scope of job profile in GenMed BU
