We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Process Engineer
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Job Details:
- To support the day to day troubleshooting of Sevelamer productions plans
- To support the optimisation and evolution of the Sevelamer processes
- To take lead role of project engineer in smaller MTS (Manufacturing Technicial Support) managed projects
- To work at all times in line with current H&S (Health and Safety) legislation and Sanofi’s own policies and procedures to maintain your own safety as well as that of the team and those around you
- Lead/participate in safety investigations, safety reports and safety/environmental compliance activities
- Seeks to challenge operational standards and looks for continuous improvement
- Maintain required compliance documents by developing EHS (Environment, health and safety), GMP (Good manufacturing practice) and GAMP (Good automated manufacturing practice) knowledge and understanding
- Assists in both internal and external compliance audits for Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality
- Lead & support the evaluation of manufacturing deviations and investigations using tools such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis)/FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- Supports Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) and Lean initiatives for the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient ) Value Stream
Candidate:
- Master degree in Chemical process engineering, Mechanical engineering, Processes engineering
- 1-2 years of related working experience
- Working knowledge of GMP (Good manufacturing practice), EHS (Environment, health and safety), standards, quality systems
- Good undertsanding of continuous processing
- Communicating
- Able to demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, persuasively and articulately at all levels, standing up for own viewpoint in a way that is acceptable to those they work with
- Team player – Fits in with the team, develops effective and supportive relationships with colleagues by showing them consideration and creating a sense of team spirit
- Analytically minded – able to analyse problems and identify the key issues that need action. Able to assess situations in a systematic way and identify time sequences, set priorities and draw logical conclusions from the data
