Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Mission:
Objective:
- Support Head PMO & Governance Biologics to maintain and contantly improve a state-of-the-art, lean and efficient Portfolio management Office (PMO) for the Biologics platform
- Contribute to the monthly performance management monitoring activities focusing on the KPI collection and
initiation of the deviation assessment and action plans.
- Coordination of process/ project workshops within Biologics and with the related interfaces and stakeholders.
- Promotion of the establishment of tools for Portfolio Management Excellence
The VIE will be in charge of:
- Portfolio management activities
Support standardisation of project and work streams documentation (project plans, charters, reporting dashboards and project risk management assessment and mitigation plans).
Coordination of implementation of a reference PM management tool within the Biologics platform
Migrate and manage data bases, e-Rooms, share points, folders/ files) and keep archives up to date.
Support strategic projects on PMO excellence
 
- Performance Management activities
Responsible for the follow-up of dashboards of KPIs in close collaboration with Manufacturing Excellence
Coordinate the deviation analysis process and mitigation plan
Contribute to the continuous evaluation and annual adaptations of the performance monitoring process.
 
- PMO network workshops
Support process/ project workshops within Biologics and with the related interfaces and stakeholders
(agenda compilation, preparation of presentations, meeting minutes and action logs)
Contribute to the internal communication of the workshops within IA Biologics
 
- Project management trainings
Support initiatives on Portfolio Management Excellence focussed on knowledge management, risk management and PM skills and capability trainings in alignment with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. HR, LEAN etc.)
Profile:
Education:
Master's degree and/or Ph.
D. in life sciences, engineering or business with technical affinity, other advanced degree is a plus
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Previous experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Previous experience in project management preferred, in particular project implementation and reporting
Professional skills / attitude and behaviour requested:
- Excellent skills in using MS Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint and MS project
- Strong analytical skills; excellent planning and organizational skills. 
- Pro-active, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Team work spirit, collaboration transversally but can also work independently
- Media and communication savvy
- Ideally, experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
- Pharma Business Knowledge
FLUENT ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
INTERMEDIATE FRENCH IS REQUIRED
