Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Missions:
Support the Head of Industrial Affairs Biologics Communications for strategic communications on a global level by working out internal communications campaigns with a patient and disease focus and solutions for communications challenges in times of change.
Drive innovative solutions using digital media, e-solutions, videos and newsletters in order to implement communication strategy in support of the global biologics business.
Conduct concrete analysis to measure communications efforts and impact.
Job Description:
The V.I.E. will:
- Assist execution of global communication plan and programs
- Manage content or communication channel, targeting different internal audiences within a set frame and according to guidance given by colleague and managers
- Perform communications on a profound proficiency level/makes usages of necessary communications tools i.e. intranet or internal newsletters, video massages
- Keep the Sanofi employees involved
- Facilitate Biologics communications initiatives
- Take care of Project-related cooperation with the business and functions
- Implement internal communications application for smart phones and i-pads
Candidate's Profile:
Education:
Master's degree in Communications, Journalism with focus on healthcare
Experience:
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and a passion for learning across the corporate and communications landscape.
Support internal communications through executive and functional communication tactics, including writing/editing messages for employees and other content development.
The expectation is that the candidate has a preliminary understanding of global strategic thinking across communications.
In addition, the VIE should be proficient in the following:
- Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop
- Social Media platforms including LinkedIn, background in overall digital communication

Languages:
FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
GERMAN: INTERMEDIATE LEVEL IS REQUIRED
