iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Artwork Coordinator
- VIE Contract (W/M)
Key responsibilities:
- Coordination of packaging material modification for dedicated portfolio of Gx (generics products), products – MAT (Marketing Authorization Transfer from Zentiva to Sanofi), serialization and tamper evidence implementation as well as routine changes linked with life cycle of the product
- Coordination of Artwork processing via communication with CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations manufacturing the finished goods), Sanofi Affiliates (commercial offices in countries), external graphic office, Master Data and Supply Chain team
- Responsibility for Artwork Coordination for new launches
- Accountability for establishing new Bill of Material (under the responsibility of Master Data)
- Acting in Vistalink tool (internal tool for management of Artwork preparation and validation)
- Activities reporting
Skills:
- Project management/project coordination skills
- Languages: English is a must, French/German or other language understood will be an advantage
- Work experience is not required
- Ambition and willingness to design things & to act proactively
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Precision and patience
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing and non-standard environment
