This includes: OR and wetlab instruction of existing cataract surgeons in the conversion from ECCE and SICS to Phaco; the training of non-cataract surgeons in Phaco procedure and techniques; the adoption and proper use of Alcon products such as; Infiniti with OZiL, Laureate, Single-Piece AcrySof IOL, Natural, IQ, DuoVisc, Clearcut Knifes. Support field sales, as specified by Sales and PD Management , in the demonstration of key products to Phaco Development targets. Teach, model and coach field personnel, (internal and external), to improve competency in the proper use of products, surgical technique, OR protocol and professional OR conduct.

Minimum requirements

Minimum：Bachelor Degree from recognized Medical College + 2 years hospital internship, Prefer: Master of Ophthalmology, . English (oral and written) Minimum：Minimum one year clinical experience in recognized hospital based ophthalmology program.Preferred：Minimum one year of Clinical Application, Marketing, Sales or related experience with an international or well recognized local medical device company.PC Skills: MS Office and its applications; Windows; Word, Excel, Access (as user); strong communication and interpersonal skills; business and customer -oriented approach.Supporting, assisting and participating and assignment and projects including ad hoc tasks as required
