Advanced Accelerator Applications is looking for a Packaging & Labelling Specialist to join the Company’s global Regulatory Affairs team and support operations in our growing Geneva office.
• Collaborate with management to implement effective labeling and packaging materials
• Create, design and revise company product documentation using established style guides, templates and Branding guidelines
• Coordinate and implement multi-language translations into support and packaging materials
• Create and edit user-friendly black and white vector-based line drawings
• Prepare electronic files for label production
• Work with in-house print shop to troubleshoot production issues
• Manipulate artwork layouts to conform to existing and newly developed die-lines
• Implement labeling processes, updates and improvements
• Work with editors and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accuracy of packaging content

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in a labelling and graphics environment
• Knowledge of FDA regulations in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Working knowledge of a standard software specialized in labelling
• Proficient in Adobe CC applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Acrobat) and Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook
• Excellent project and file management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize workload within a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to interact effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups and to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common objectives
• Detail-oriented
• Fluent in English – French is an asset
