Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Contribute medical, clinical expertise and scientific advice to all allied departments including support to the local ICRO team for timely execution of studies conducted in the ONCOLOGY and DRA in interactions with authorities.
• Provide thorough up-to-date medical, clinical, development and relevant commercial expertise to drive Novartis message delivery to key influencers and stakeholders.
• Plan, initiate, manage the implementation and drive timely publication of Phase IV, Non- Interventional, observational studies including local profiling programs when applicable.

• Develop and manage strategic KOL networks within the disease area, including innovation workshops and discussions

• May function as the medical champion. Work as strategic partner with Marketing for Novartis development project and marketed product

• Work with Scientific Operations / Medical Scientific Liaisons proactively to ensure market preparation pre- and post- launch.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A Medical Degree, PhD preferable
• Specialization in hematology or oncology added advantage
• Medical Scientific Liaison with more than 3 years medical affairs experience will be considered as well
• Good medical writing skills
• Familiar with all aspects of drug development, GCP and local regulations
• Familiar with marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
