• Preparation of demand forecasts for a defined portfolio of finished goods of Hexal/ Sandoz Germany with usage of statistical methods or other innovative means
• Intensive cooperation with the responsible product managers, market research, sales and tender teams in order to achieve a constant improvement of the demand forecasts
• Regular information exchange with production sites on demand forecast changes, product availability and product launches
• Customer demand management in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Share Point owner for the process of material switches
• Market analysis to better estimate customer demands
• Coordination of product allocations in case of supply shortages
• Evaluation of new product launches from a supply chain perspective
• Potentially involvement in national and international supply chain projects depending on skills

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
• Preferable APICS certification
• 1-3 years relevant working experience in supply chain management, preferably in demand planning
• Industry knowledge in pharma or FMCG
• Profound SAP knowledge (ECC, BI and APO esp. DP), preferable SQL
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Enjoys constant change
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Ability to work under pressure and well within a team, willingness to go the extra mile
• Professional usage of MS-Office (esp. Excel incl. PowerPivot)
• Business fluent in German and English
