Your Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to keep knowledge of the Global HR Services Center for region Americas up to date by maintaining the knowledge management systems, providing guidance, support and directions. This position will also identify training needs, administer learning management system, forecast, plan, deliver and evaluate training.

•Classification and upload of documents in collaboration and/or upon request by Global Topic Owners, manage relevant keywords
•Ensure validity and relevance of uploaded documents
•Ensure governance and adherence to process
•Build content and maintain content of additional elements of knowledge, i.e. global & regional contact lists, GSC SharePoint Sites, news & alerts, etc.
•Act as ambassador and change agent for knowledge base (in close collaboration with global team)
•Deliver knowledge base training for employees entering the HR Service Center and promote/ensure usage
•Nimbus Application Expert/System support – act as the key GSC contact for stakeholders, provide expertise and guidelines based on global/regional input
•Nimbus Process Content Management/Author - Manage & ensure process/document compliance based on global/regional/local input, work with countries SME, topic experts and other stakeholders to have respective processes/documents adjusted as needed/applicable; ensure process/document compliance; drive annual review/update process
•Provide support for the transition period; perform tasks assigned by global/regional project leads
•Work with both the Global and Local HR Service Centers’ employees in region Americas to identify training needs and link training recommendations to measurable business objectives
•Provide support to upload documents in Compass
•Develop individual training plans based on Global training curriculum, specific country requirements and manager input
•Organize and coordinate training logistics
•Create and maintain regional eLearnings as per needs • Forecast and plan short- and long-term training needs • Evaluate training initiatives
•Keep up to date with training research and be aware of trends on the market
•Assist in promoting training, personal growth, professional development, and teamwork for HR Service Center team members
•Provide support for the transition period
•Maintain HR Portal for the Region (except NA)
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager this is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

University degree in business administration, HR or other related field is desirable
Excellent English spoken and written Fluency in Portuguese and French is a plus
Experience in compliance related activities
Good understanding of HR processes, tools and systems
Experience with drawing process maps preferred
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint preferred
Experience in delivering training programs
Knowledge of training methods * Up to date with training trends
Experience in SSC environment preferred
