Job Purpose:
To support the Head of HR in the successful delivery of HR programs/policies, e.g. staffing, training, IT; to be responsible for managing budgets, timescales and projects; provide sup-port and advice to Line Managers in specific account of assignment including but not limited to other Line Managers across the business; support the HR Head in translating and imple-menting the organization’s plans in the form of an HR strategy; to act as a liaison between the client and other HR services (specialists and shared services).

Key Responsibilities
• Business Partnering with FF Strategy & Planning
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team and support with the implementation of the Business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses.
• Proactively build and establish strong relationship with client group as well as the extended HR community to understand their needs, requirements and challenges.
• Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client’s needs Business Plan • Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts.
• Ensure recruiting and retention of best-in-class talent for sales force in close cooperation with the respective Staffing expert(s).
• Support in ensuring rewards and incentives are implemented to achieve the organization’s goals, in collaboration with SFE.
• Support FF budget planning discussions Performance Management & People Development.
• Support/Advise sales manager and district managers on effective performance management and resourcing decisions; support in driving FF talent reviews, succession planning and talent management. Support in coaching, mentoring and personal development implementation.
• Support in assessing and implementation of FF training needs and development plans, following learning priorities and guidelines defined by Commercial Excellence (SFE, Training and Business Intelligence) team.
• Supports internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues (values, advancement, motivation etc).
• Support the Head HR in the operational conversion of the strategic goals. Hiring & Recruitment • Lead FF hiring process – sourcing to on-boarding.
• Support the Head of HR in hiring and recruitment process on other staffing requirements Monitoring & Control • Contribute to personnel cost planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analyses to support Finance and the Line in maintaining workforce budgets. • Ensure adherence to relevant labor and employment law.
• Help coordinate procedure and technology solutions to improve da- ta management.
• Participate in, or lead, HR Projects,
• Ensure execution and adherence to NVS HR principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all administrative practices and policies.
• Compile specified HR Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and format for reporting. Compliance a) Compliance to all internal and external guidelines/mandates (e.g. HR, Legal & Compliance global/local framework, Step Change, labor and other local laws and AOs): b) Compliance to NFCM-HR & PAY cycles, CLC c) Design, review and Implementation and monitoring of HR SOPs

Requirements:
• University degree; specialization in HR desirable English and Tagalog.
• 2-3 years in a generalist Human Resources role
• Complete understanding and use of human resources planning concepts/principles.
• Full knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices.
• Solves a variety of complex problems.
