The Digital Consumer Product Manager helps shaping the solution strategy and driving engineering features based on the vision. A successful candidate will be highly analytical and resourceful, with a knack for identifying and translating business requirements into engineering-ready specifications. A passion for the product, delivering a superlative user experience, and ownership of product quality is a must.

●Act as the voice of the consumer in the continued product evolution of the digital solution/platform
●Conduct data analysis, market research, and user research to gain an understanding of consumer needs through user personas, pain points and journeys and translate into product requirements across the Topeka team
●Develop feature lists, user stories, and prioritize the roadmap based on impact
●Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver product enhancements and/or new products
●Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods including estimating work efforts, defining milestones and managing resources accordingly
●Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
●Monitor and report on product KPIs, generating easily digestible executive reports with actionable recommendations to optimize the program
●Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
●Be a student of the profession by keeping up with media and technology trends; helping share knowledge and build capabilities across the organization

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Preferred: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline
• English 5 years of relevant experience with a college degree
• Preferred: 4+ years of professional experience with 1-2+ years of mobile/digital product management experience with a CPG, Consumer Healthcare Consumer Tech and/or Digital/PR/Media Agency space
