Enable and drive ethical business conduct through the effective implementation of the Integrity & Compliance program at the local level in the ComOps Organisation of Sandoz Pharmaceuticals AG, Switzerland

• Establish and foster compliance standards based on internal policies and guidelines / implementing procedures
• Establish processes and SOPs for relevant compliance policies
• Establish an annual local training plan for Sandoz internal compliance guidelines and conduct trainings and onboardings for employees
• Continually provide advice and guidance to the business on compliance topics and challenges
• Ensure allegations of misconduct are reported in a timely manner
• Champion speak-up, transparency and a culture of integrity throughout the organization
• Ensure fulfillment with disclosure obligations.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

•Preferably Law degree (University) or Medical/Natural Science degree
• 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably as Compliance Of-ficer in a pharmaceutical company / the healthcare industry
• Solid communications, presentation and advocacy skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry; Knowledge of healthcare related provisions
• Experience with corporate responsibility and with balancing global standards and local cultures
• Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, its dynamics and customer needs
• Fluent in German, English and French
