The company is developing a significant number of new products and technologies. The growth generated needs to be supported by technical, industrial and commercial tasks.
You will be part of teams in charge of :
industrializing new products: determine the key parameters of the different manufacturing steps, putting in place the necessary process and quality control parameters, improving industrial process (cost position, yield issue ): recent new products are showing unacceptable yield and/ or to many manufacturing steps. The candidat will be in charge to conduct study in order to determine the origin of yield losses and fin paths to solve it, understanding unmet needs of customers: specifications of new products are not completely defined and the candidat may have to precise some properties of the new products recently launched.

University degree, preferably with a focus on physics, material science, metallurgy or similar High interest on experimental work and distinctive analytic way of thinking Familiarity with machining and rapid prototyping techniques is a plus. Independent, self-driven and well-structured way of working Passionate and motivated team player and good communication skills Good written and spoken English required, preferably basic knowledge of German}
