Development Eng Electrical Connection & Soldering

Job description

› Organization and implementation of experimental studies in the area of electrical connectors on glass, soldering processes and material investigation (e.g. of solder joints)
› Statistical analysis and evaluation of generated raw data
› Presentation, documentation and discussion of results
› Design and realization of lab setups for soldering trials and tests
› Management of studies and work packages for R&D projects
› Deepening group's knowhow by studying literature as well as building up contact to internal and external experts

Desired profile

› University degree, preferably with focus on physics, material science, metallurgy or similar
› High interest on experimental work and distinctive analytic way of thinking
› Independent, self-driven and well-structured way of working
› Passionate and motivated team player and good communication skills
› Good written and spoken English required, preferably basic knowledge of German}
