Role Summary/Purpose

The HR Intern provides administrative support to the HR Team and clients as well as works on real projects.
This internship will give the intern valuable, real-world experience, as well as providing the Human Resources team with additional support.
Well suited candidates should have willingness to learn and contribute, curiosity and easy relationship.
Essential Responsibilities

-Provides HR Administration support;
-Builds and maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external customers that will help facilitate effective communication of business information;
-Works on various projects for talent management, learning and development programs, benefits, etc;
-Participate in activities driving Human Resources (HR) initiatives such as engagement, recruitment and staffing, integration, benefits, etc.
-Produce reports on key HR metrics and lead onsite orientation and facilitate assimilation of new employees working with line managers;
-Develop PowerPoint presentations, charts, reports, and other types of correspondence and communication materials;
-Manage the BHGE internship program;
Qualifications/Requirements

Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree program, majoring in HR, Business, Psychology, Personnel/Industrial Relations or related field of study;
Proficiency in Office package. Especially "excel";
Effective time management and organizational skills;
Able to balance multiple priorities;
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
Ability to work within a collaborative and ambiguous environment
Creativity and the ability of using your own initiative;
Enthusiasm, drive & determination;
Fluent English
